Ken Ryder is a vocalist, guitarist, and keyboardist whose musical journey proves it's never too late to follow your passion. Beginning his performing career at the age of 29 in 1990, Ken quickly developed into a versatile entertainer known for his strong vocals, musicianship, and engaging stage presence. More than three decades later, he continues to bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine love of live music to every performance. Along the way, he has had the opportunity to share the stage as a guest vocalist with legendary bands Chicago and The Doobie Brothers, as well as Hotel California, the internationally acclaimed Eagles tribute band.

From 1990 through 2012, Ken was the lead singer and guitarist for Easy Street, helping establish the band as a favorite throughout the regional music scene. During that same period, from 1997 to 2012, he also performed with the Ryder & Zani acoustic duo, showcasing a more intimate, stripped-down style. Since 2012, Ken has been a vocalist, guitarist, and keyboardist with One Hot Mess, continuing to entertain audiences with an energetic mix of classic rock, pop, country, and dance favorites. His career is a testament to the idea that it's never too late to pursue your passion—and that audiences respond to authenticity, talent, and a love for live music.

Barry Behan is a vocalist, guitarist, and seasoned performer with five decades of live music experience. Since first taking the stage in 1976, Barry has built a reputation as an accomplished lead guitarist, entertaining audiences with his energy, musicianship, and passion for rock music. Over the years, he has performed across countless venues, earning the respect of fellow musicians and fans alike through his dedication to the craft.

For 20 years, Barry served as singer and lead guitarist for The Boilers, helping establish the band's sound and memorable live performances. Since 2012, he has been the vocalist and guitarist for One Hot Mess, continuing to bring his experience, powerful vocals, and expressive guitar playing to every show. Celebrating 50 years of performing from 1976 to 2026, Barry remains as committed to making great music and connecting with audiences as ever.

Berkley Royster holds down the low end for One Hot Mess with the kind of pocket that makes a band sound twice its size. A veteran of the D.C. and Northern Virginia scene, he has spent years playing rock, R&B, and soul dates, and brings all of it to bear on a classic rock setlist that never sits still for long.

He plays for the song first — locking to the kick drum, leaving space where space belongs, and stepping forward only when the arrangement asks for it. He switches to guitar when a tune needs it and takes his share of lead vocals on top of the harmonies, which makes him the rare bass player everyone else on stage is quietly listening to. Berk is the floor the rest of the band stands on.

Since 1974, Corey Holland has been a driving force in the Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia music scene. A versatile drummer and multi-instrumentalist, he has performed with countless bands, appeared on more than 15 album releases, and earned a reputation for solid musicianship both on stage and in the studio. From fronting his band Holland in the 1970s to performing with Switched At Birth in the 1990s, Corey has remained a familiar face on the regional music circuit.

A longtime collaborator with Michael Fath, Corey has spent decades writing, recording, and touring while also sharing the stage with legendary artists Joe Lynn Turner (Rainbow and Deep Purple) and Pat Travers. Beyond live performance, he is an accomplished producer and session musician who has contributed to numerous recordings for local artists. Nearly five decades into his career, Corey continues to bring experience, versatility, and a passion for great music to every performance.

A native of Nokesville, Virginia, and now a resident of Catlett, Myron brings more than 45 years of professional performing experience to the stage. He began his musical journey studying the viola in elementary school with classical training before switching to the violin after being inspired by Charlie Daniels' iconic hit, "The Devil Went Down to Georgia." Following high school, Myron spent more than five years touring throughout the United States and internationally with Big Al Downing and the Heavy Country Band, opening for Hank Williams Jr. and many of country music's biggest names. His career has included performances at the Kennedy Center with the National Symphony Orchestra, The Birchmere, both the original and current Grand Ole Opry stages, and even an appearance on the television show Hee Haw.

After more than 35 years performing with Heavy Country, Myron continues to entertain audiences throughout Northern Virginia and the DMV with One Hot Mess and several other local groups. Known for his high-energy stage presence, Myron has become a crowd favorite with his electrifying performances on electric violins—first playing a Zeta and now wielding a 7-string Mark Wood Viper. Whether he's rocking a colorful tie-dye shirt or performing in his signature kilt, Myron's musicianship, showmanship, and infectious enthusiasm make every performance one to remember.

Born and raised in Westbury, Long Island, New York, drummer and percussionist Peter Mitchell began his musical journey at an early age and was performing professionally by the age of sixteen, playing gospel music in church. After graduating from high school, he studied drums and percussion at Syracuse University, where he performed with the university jazz band, The Bobby Hamilton Trio, and The Paul Robeson Performing Arts Theater Company. Mitchell also performed with the St. John's University Gospel Choir and The Afrikan Poetry Theater Ensemble. His performances on drums and percussion showcase the excitement and musicality of four-limbed independence, and throughout his career he has built a diverse and accomplished résumé spanning jazz, R&B, soul, funk, gospel, hip-hop, and world music.

Mitchell has toured Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway with the New York City funk band Mr. Thing & The Professional Human Beings and has performed with a wide range of acclaimed artists, including Roy Hargrove, Dennis Davis (David Bowie, Roy Ayers), Daniel Kelly, Shae Fiol, and Sharief In Burgundy (John Legend). He spent ten years performing with the Grammy-nominated, Billboard-charting R&B/funk group BT Express, including appearances before audiences exceeding 40,000 people. A member of New York's Musicians' Union Local 802 and ASCAP, Mitchell has also recorded with Sony Music recording artists The Spooks. Since relocating to Virginia in 2010, he has continued to perform extensively throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with One Hot Mess and several other local groups.
